By opting in to receive SMS messages, you agree to these Messaging Terms.

Apruv facilitates SMS messaging on behalf of Service Providers to communicate with their customers regarding services.
Messages may include:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Technician arrival notifications
- Service updates and completion confirmations
- Service verification (including links to videos or summaries)
- Follow-up communication and feedback requests
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with the Service Provider, including scheduling, service activity, and follow-up communication.
3. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Apruv is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier.
4. Opt-In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages by:
- Providing your phone number during service signup or scheduling
- Submitting a form on a Service Provider’s website
- Providing consent during a service interaction
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive service-related SMS messages from the Service Provider via Apruv.
5. Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying:
STOP
After you send STOP, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that Service Provider unless you opt in again.
6. Help & Support
For help, reply:
HELP
You may also contact the Service Provider directly for assistance regarding your service.
7. Privacy
Your information will be handled in accordance with our Messaging Privacy Policy.
Apruv does not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
8. Service Providers
Apruv sends messages on behalf of Service Providers using our platform. Each Service Provider is responsible for its services, customer relationships, and communication practices.
9. Changes to Messaging Terms
We may update these Messaging Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
